All items ship from the UK. We currently work with Royal Mail and UPS in order to offer the lowest cost shipping service based on your location. We currently offer standard ground shipping, but hope to expand our shipping selections soon.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do offer international shipping, which is automatically available at checkout. For certain locations, orders in excess of 150 GBP will be prompted to email customer service at contact@8xcommunity.com before you are able to checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience, but are currently processing all international orders in excess of 150 GBP manually in order to deliver the most economically-friendly shipping option.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
As of February 15th, 2021, we are taking PREORDERS for the new 8X collection. All orders placed between February 15th and March 1st 2021 will begin shipping mid-March***. Your order information will be updated with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Square, our payment processing service. We do not automatically store your credit card or payment information on our site.
Why can't I submit my payment?
Double check your card and billing information. If everything is correct, make sure your payment is being processed in GBP and you are not switching to a different currency. Our company is located in the United Kingdom and all payments are processed in local currency.
Why was I charged more by my bank than the total in my cart?
Our prices are listed in GBP, and your financial institution will charge you in your local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. You may also use the currency switcher at the top of the page to view prices and your shopping cart total in USD.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We use secure SSL encryption to protect your data. All payment information is processed through Square, and is not stored by 8Xcommunity.com

How do I place an Order?
Available items can be added to your cart by selecting a size and quantity. Please double check that you have selected a size, even if there is only one option, e.g. for one size fits all items, such as hats. You will need to enter your billing and shipping information on the following page in order to calculate shipping costs before proceeding with payment.

Check your spam folder- it’s likely hiding there! If so, be sure to mark us as a safe sender, so that you will be sure to receive information on your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is ready to ship, we will update it with tracking information, which will be delivered via email.
How Can I Return a Product?
We hope you will love your new 8X gear! However, we understand sometimes you might change your mind. Returns on unworn product in new and unused condition will be accepted if requested within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide return shipping labels or refund the shipping costs on your original order at this time. Please email contact@8xcommunity.com in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization number and instructions.
